UK Delivery

Free standard delivery to the UK is using Royal Mail 2nd Class option. Your delivery will aim to reach you within 3-5 business days from placing the order.

Next day delivery is available with Royal Mail 1st Class, at a cost of £4.99.

Orders placed on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Europe Delivery

Delivery to Europe is £14.99 & paid for by the customer.

Your delivery will aim to reach you within 5-7 business days.

Depending on the country’s customs and regulations it may take longer.

Worldwide Delivery

Delivery to the rest of the world is £19.99 & paid for by the customer.

Your delivery will aim to reach you within 10-15 business days.

Depending on the country’s customs and regulations it may take longer.

Countries outside the EU may be liable to pay import duties/tax and handling charges on entering the country. We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods and the amount of duty is worked out on the type of goods and their value. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they might be. Our international postage charges therefore are exclusive of these charges.
You will be notified by the courier as the goods enter your country if any fees are due and these (plus any additional handling charges for customs clearance) must be borne by you. In cases where the courier does not hear back from you, the charges will be added to your original payment card so that the customs and handling charges can be cleared and you can receive your purchases.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges. However you can return an item unworn & reorder a new item with free UK delivery.

Returns

Not quite happy with your purchase? No problem! You can return the item, unused with original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

After notification you have a further 14-27 (dependant on notification) days to return the item to us. The cost of returns will be paid for by the customer. Please use a reputable company for your returns and hang on to any receipts issued at the time of posting, for proof of postage until you are refunded.

Allow up to 5 working days for the package to reach us.

Refunds are usually processed via the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.

We will refund your original order in full minus any posting costs that occur, within 5 business days of receiving your package.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
